Dee's Alley offers worldwide shipping on all its merchandise.
We offer free shipping anywhere in India for all prepaid orders Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 5 pm on a business day, we aim to ship the same day, providing card security checks are complete, payment received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 5 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; Rural domestic addresses require more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.
When ordering goods from us for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from, you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
The customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
Domestic customers are responsible for any OCTROI Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
Why is the COD option not offered in my location?
Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination, and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
International shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. For International Delivery we opt in for FedEx and DHL for USA, UK, Australia and Europe. U.A.E and other Regions- Aramex and UPS. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
Handmade products may take 4 - 5 days of processing time.
· Please note, for incomplete/incorrect shipping address or door locked at the time of multiple delivery attempts, the charges for re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
